Under Regulation 8 of The pressure System Safety Regulations (PSSR), before a pressure system is operated the user/owner must ensure that a Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) has been prepared. The Written Scheme of Examination should be drawn up by a competent person, or if drawn up by someone other than a competent person, certified as suitable by a competent person.
Under Regulation 9 of The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) an examination is required that is in accordance with the written scheme of examination and a report of examination requires producing.
We are able to draw up the written scheme of examination as required by regulation 8 of PSSR. We also carry out the statutory examinations as required under regulation 9 of PSSR and produce the report of examination. This is done by a competent and fully trained Engineer Surveyor.
